After monitoring we have now determined this problem as resolved.

This morning we identified some network issues, outside of our control. We began debugging issues around the system, but couldn't identify any issues at our end.
As the issues started to get resolved, a host server under one of our loadbalancers went down, and we quickly moved it to another server, and things seem to be back to normal. We will continue monitoring it from our end.
